1. Services & Scope
Radiant Thread Strategies offers business support services including—but not limited to—strategic consulting, website design, branding guidance, and digital communication tools. All services are outlined at the time of engagement or in a formal proposal.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, particularly in cases of abusive behavior, misuse, or breach of these terms.
2. Payment Terms
All service fees are outlined prior to engagement. Unless otherwise stated:
- A deposit is required before work begins
- Remaining balances are due upon project completion and before final delivery
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees
- Payments are processed securely via Square or other agreed-upon methods
3. Square Payment Processing
All payments made via our website are processed using Square, a third-party payment processor.
- Radiant Thread Strategies does not store or have access to your full payment information (e.g., credit card numbers).
- Any issues arising from the payment process (e.g., declined transactions, fraud alerts, double charges) are governed by Square’s terms and privacy policies, which you can review at squareup.com/legal.
- We are happy to support you in investigating or resolving any payment issues to the best of our ability, but we are not liable for issues resulting from Square’s processing systems.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the client will be billed for all completed work to date. Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only at the discretion of Radiant Thread Strategies.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Radiant Thread Strategies—including strategy documents, design assets, and written content—remains the property of Radiant Thread Strategies until full payment is received.
Once paid in full, intellectual property related to your custom project (e.g., websites, logos, written deliverables) will be transferred to you.
Radiant Thread Strategies reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Radiant Thread Strategies makes no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or business performance. While we offer strategic insight and high-quality deliverables, success depends on many external factors including client implementation.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse this website or use it for unlawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the functionality of the site or services.
8. Website Content & Accuracy
